Hamburg, Prague, Bratislava, October 24, 2018 鈥� 妻友直播 acquired the remaining shares of , the leading online comparison platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2016, 妻友直播 first invested in NetBrokers Holding.
NetBrokers Holding is the leading online comparison platform (OCP) for, among other things, insurance, finance and telco in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company operates through several brands including ePojisteni.cz and Superpoistenie.sk.
The investment complements existing 妻友直播 operations in Poland (Rankomat), Finland, Norway and Sweden (Zmarta) and strengthens its presence in the fast-growing digital consumer services market. 妻友直播 is the only company covering six European markets with market leading positions in the OCP sector.
