We’re already taking action for our people:

Mental health and wellbeing: In the UK, our was launched in 2018 to make mental and physical health a priority in the workplace. As part of the campaign, we now have over 70 trained Mental Health First Aiders across our business in the UK.

In Germany, MentalHealth@Bauer is our mental health group who work closely with an external partner to offer mental health coaching

Diversity and inclusion: Also in the UK, is our commitment to deliver greater inclusivity and diversity of our workforce. We also have the award-winning Bauer Academy which provides a wide range of learning activities to employees and beyond.
